They did an AMAZING job and will definitely be coming back. They are losing business because of that one picture on Facebook of the girls bleeding cuticles. BUT my mother went to Pro Nails and they told them that she did that to herself. She went to go wash her hands and scrubbed her cuticles until they bleed. And when she left she took a picture and posted it to Facebook. Obviously No one in their right mind would let a nail technician do that to their nails. That girl was looking for drama and trouble and did that TO HERSELF. I do not have sympathy for this girl and never will. She has done somethings unforgivable. I loved their service and the people!! DONT believe what you see on the internet because there is always another side to everyone's story. So if you are thinking about not going to Pro Nails because of the fake pictures, reconsider because they are great.
Hey Dacey Hogue , or should I say, one of you owners of this hack shop, Are you really going to say that my daughter did this to herself? Are you f**kin' kidding me? You are lucky I didn't go down there and straighten that joint out myself!!! .... She shouldn't have paid you guys a red cent for the butcher job you did on her nails!! ... To all potential customers .....DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIFIC PLACE!!! PERIOD!! ..... Not only did they mess up my daughters cuticles and made them bleed, where they wouldn't stop bleeding , they then tried putting tobacco on the bleeding cuticles.

The tips would not stick to my nails and she just kept laughing about it. After several tries she gave up and just put acrylic over my nail, without the tip stuck to it.
Not bad work but over charged me considering it was just to color my own nails and they charged me 45.00 plus I always tip ... will wait and go to Diva Nails like I should've went ... I could've gotten tips and all that jazz for what they charged and I asked and I still don't see how but it was hard understand when you have a language barrier and I'm not meaning anything disrespectful, it just didn't make sense and they kept getting loud so I paid and left ... nails look good but not worth that to just get them painted .

Needless to say, I woke up the next morning to a nail fallen off. I went to school, where all of my nails eventually fell off but two of them. I returned to the salon to tell them that this was due to their laziness, but they then told me it was my fault and would not fix my nails even though this was due to their imperfections.
Wow, really crazy the reviews this place is getting. I went in during a holiday special they were having--$15 for a full set. While in the salon, I was moved to 3 different work stations, all of people training. Then they finally sent me to Tina, and I was so excited. Unfortunately, I guess she was in a hurry since the trainees were going to extremely slow, and she did not put her full effort into my manicure.
Yeah, because she had nothing better to do that rip up her own cuticles and create a lot of pain for herself just to post it on Facebook??!! ...Again, are you kidding me?? You are a hack and your people skills suck!! ... Take a look at the other reviews and you can clearly see that she is not alone on this!! ...... She tried to pull her hand away as you tearing up her cuticles and you pulled he hand back forcefully! ..... You are so lucky I wasn't there!! ...... Do you know why I didn't go down there?, Because word of mouth is so much more efficient and I hope your shop closes so that no other person is treated this way!!
Very professional, my wife's nails look amazing and they are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them over any shop in the area.
NO, there is nothing great about a business, that not only does a horrible job, but then treats their customers like absolute garbage as if you owe them something!! ........ TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!! You will be happy you did!!
