The work generally went well. However, the company has yet to finish the contracted work. Three weeks after the work was supposed to be finished I still have exposed plumbing pipes in my kitchen and no one at HR will answer the phone or return messages. My toilet is still not working. Various other contracted work is unfinished. They demanded final payment before the work was done and I feel that I am now being given the run-around. If they would finish the work I would be a satisfied customer. At present I am not satisfied and still have work to do. HR does not even have the courtesy to return calls. I have paid them over $17,000 and am still waiting...Well, it is now two weeks later and the work still has not been done. I have had to have another contractor come and finish HR's work. The new contractor said that he had never seen such bad amaturish work - even untalented homeowners could do the work much better. The new guy found tht HR's electrical work was incomplete and dangerous. The plumbing work was even worse. HR will never be allowed into my home again.
