You can never get anyone to help you in this store, they are rude and they don't know what they're doing. You can never reach a regional manager or anyone to help you
A young man checked me out today that was the most amazing gentleman I've ever met. He helped me figure out the right card to get my brother and then he was extremely pleasant the entire time. I've been in here a few times before and he was always nicest guy there. I think his name was Jacob, he had dark brown hair and glasses. He deserves a raise and he should be there more I hardly ever see him
